OH920 Latch Hall IC Datasheet

Product Description

The OH920 is a Hall-effect latch meticulously crafted using mixed-signal CMOS technology. It finds its versatility across a spectrum of automotive, industrial, and consumer applications. Its exceptional high-temperature performance, achieved through dynamic offset cancellation, sets it apart. This innovation effectively diminishes the residual offset voltage that often plagues devices due to over-molding, temperature dependencies, and thermal stress.

The OH920 boasts an integrated array of components, including a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, small-signal amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and an open-drain output. The onboard regulator allows seamless operation with supply voltages spanning from 3.5V to 20V.
